2021年度新生入学试家长说明会取消通知

由于近期新冠状肺炎确诊人数不断攀升，为维护社会大众的安全，

本校原定于10月10日举行的2021年度新生家长说明会将取消，考试照常进行。

根据教育部SOP防疫措施，考生须到篮球场，统一进行消毒与测量体温作业，再由工作人员引导前往考场。家长不可逗留在校园内。

考试结束后考生需回到篮球场等待家长载送，也请家长于12:15pm 后方到中化载送，集合位置及车辆动线可参考平面图。

To: Parents of Candidates for Entrance Examination of Year 2021 Intake

 

Notice: Cancellation of Parental Briefing for Year 2021 Intake

Due to the recent rise of Covid-19 cases and to safeguard the public’s safety, the scheduled parental briefing for Year 2021 intake on 10^th October is cancelled. However, the entrance examination will proceed as usual.

In accordance with the SOP set by the Ministry of Education, all candidates must register themselves at the basketball court to have their body temperature measured and undergo disinfection. The candidates will then be led by the staff members to the relevant examination hall. According to the SOP, parents are not allowed to stay in the school.

Parents are required to pick up their children at the basketball court after the examination, advisable to arrive after 12:15pm. The floor plan attached indicates the assembly point of each primary school and the traffic route.
